Staff, location, quiet, clean. Urawa is also a fantastic area to stay. People in this area are really friendly and kind.

Thank you Kotomo San and his colleague, the front line staff, for the great service. Excellent food with a great view! The room is very comfortable. The toilet is very clean too! Very easy to adjust the temperature of the shower valve! Will definitely support the hotel and come back again! 😊

The hotel is close to the station. And there are many restaurants and even Shopping Mall near the hotel, so convenient!! The staff are very friendly and helpful! :)
